Being serious - in contrast to making a flippant point under the guise of `seriousness’ - , you might consider checking out [if you haven't already] some of the little tactics and stratagems offered by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy models; even for the totally `well’, (not to mention the occasionally pissed off / angst-ridden / whatever / yada / among us), there are a bunch of very rewarding - heart-lifting / mood-enhancing `tools’, maybe worth taking a peek at.
Of course, you could just pull yourself together. [I do jest] Hope you’re soon feeling happier, even if no less angry at the shite around us, and are more able to focus anew on all the good in your world.

Just a bit out of sorts with the world DG. I’ll get it together soon.
Not sure how much is me getting older or whether my experiences of the last couple of years have changed me forever.
Like everything else - it’s just a case of changing what you can change and accepting what you can’t.
